One Million People.
One Year.
One Mission: Stay Secure Online.
#1MSecureTogether is a national campaign from Opt-Inspire and Tech Me Kid to protect 1 million individuals from digital threats. Starting with the ones we love.

Launching October 1, 2025 to Kick Off Cybersecurity Awareness Month
Every click matters. Every conversation counts. And it all starts with one person (you).
We're calling on families, schools, law firms, senior living communities, corporations, and community orgs to join forces in the biggest grassroots digital safety campaign yet.
WHY NOW?
Scams targeting seniors have surged dramatically, and with the rise of generative AI, bad actors now have unprecedented access to tools that allow them to impersonate loved ones, spoof videos, clone voices, and deceive the most vulnerable with ease.
WHY US?
Opt-Inspire and Tech Me Kid are volunteer-powered nonprofits led by experts in privacy, cybersecurity, technology, and education. Scams are exploding, so we’re not waiting around. We’re running head-first into the problem.
Over the next 12 months, we’re delivering:
- Free, volunteer-led online literacy + scam education sessions at senior centers, schools, libraries, community centers, and churches led by legal, tech, and student volunteers trained in digital safety & literacy. We come to you.
- Weekly scam alerts + digital literacy tips via our newsletter that will go out 52x during the course of the campaign, The SecureTogether Signal, which you can easily forward to someone you love.
- Bite-sized videos and other online resources for access to secure practices, fast.
- Training & resources for volunteers who want to join the movement, with opportunities to earn Continuing Privacy Education (CPE) and pro bono credits (where eligible).
The SecureTogether Portal
The SecureTogether Portal is your one-stop destination for interactive tools, including Harba (our Digital Safety AI Assistant), a personalized risk assessment tool with recommendations for you based on results, and shareable cybersecurity infographics. All designed to help you and your loved ones stay a step ahead online.

Why It Matters
Seniors are being scammed out of their savings. Kids are being tracked online before they learn how to spell "privacy." Families are overwhelmed trying to keep up.
You don’t need to be a tech expert. You just need to care.
That’s where we come in - with the tools, team, and training to make digital safety simple.
